WHAT WE DO

JOHN D. STEPHENS, INC. is a full service heavy civil pipeline and environmental infrastructure construction company. We provide construction services and project management for traditional hard bid contract as well as design-build delivery methods. Our primary focus is water distribution, sanitary and storm-water sewer systems, airport and highway improvements, and large mass rock excavation projects.

PIPELINE PROJECTS - Over 6,000,000 linear feet of pipe ranging from 3” up to 120” in size. The majority of our work includes large diameter pipelines of ductile iron, steel, reinforced concrete or pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe material. Our portfolio includes one of the largest municipal pipeline projects ever let as a single contract in the United States.
  
ROCK BLASTING - JDS Blasting, LLC, is the sister company to John D. Stephens, Inc. Our certified blasting crews provide mass and trench blasting services for site development, road and infrastructure projects, and pipeline construction projects.
